Monika Vintrlikova is a business leader, entrepreneur, and international market development executive. She is the owner and executive of her family-owned automotive manufacturing company, which has operations in the Czech Republic, Mexico, and the United States. She is also the Founder of the Czech Business Incubator Atlanta (CBIA), where she helps European companies establish partnerships, develop market-entry strategies, and build their presence in the U.S. Monika is also the CEO of Celpo, a European healthy-snack company focused on bringing innovative, better-for-you food products to the U.S. market. Celpo specializes in healthy snacks with a focus on high protein, high fiber, quality ingredients, and modern nutrition.
Ondrej Rolnik
PROJECT MANAGER
Ondrej Rolnik is the Managing Director of the Czech Business Incubator Atlanta (CBIA), where he supports Czech and European companies in their expansion into the U.S. market. He leads communication and cooperation with local partners, and his work spans administrative support of the expansion, coordination of business activities, and regular contact with both European companies and their American partners. His focus is on making every stage of market entry as effective and efficient as possible. As Project Manager for Celpo, Ondrej works alongside CEO Monika Vintrlikova to lead the company's U.S. market entry. He oversees the entire launch process and keeps every workstream on track – coordinating branding and product positioning, packaging, regulatory and compliance requirements, event planning, and partner communication. He maintains oversight of every workstream and serves as the central point for all project information, including distribution and retail partnerships across the U.S.
